Question:
How early should we order our fireworks and will we get what we ordered?
Answer:
The earlier the better, Summer orders - in April & May. Winter orders - in October & November will get the best results. Figure 6 - 7 days to deliver or we can give same day service for walk-ins with some waiting. Unlike some other companies that promise low prices and great selection and then can't fill your order when the season get here we have all the items on our list and some not on the list. We strive to deliver 100% but can comfortably send 80-90% of the order or will have plenty of other merchandise to substitute at the close of the season.

Do you deliver the product?
Answer:
We have our own trucks that go from 12 foot up to tractor trailer loads or we can recommend a reputable trucking company or you can pick it up at our warehouses, or we can contact a freight company for you.
Question:
Are the fireworks insured?
Answer:
Our company can help supply your insurance needs through Allied Speciality Insurance, who we have dealt with about ten years. They can write insurance for just liability or can insure a premise or building.

Is your company wholesale only?
Answer:
Hale Fireworks is about 50% wholesale and 50% retail. We cater to wholesale accounts but also deal with people that have property, want to run a location but don't want the risk of buying wholesale.

How do we get in the Fireworks business?
Answer:
1. You need to secure a sales location. 2. You need to get a sales tax number. 3. Secure all local, state and Fire district permits. 4. Locate a safe and reputable source with experience to purchase your merchandise from (our company as been in business since 1956 and is still family owned with hometown values. You won't be just another corporations computer number with our company.

When can we see your product to prepare our order?
Answer:
Our showroom at Buffalo , MO is open year around, plus we will have our wholesale / retail shootout demo April 29th & 30th this year 2005.

What is the Missouri Retail Sale dates?
Answer:
You can sell to residents of Missouri from June 20th to July 10th and December to January .

Where is your company located?
Answer:
Our headquarters is on highway 65 four miles north of Buffalo, Missouri or twenty-eight miles north of Springfield, Missouri. We also have satellite warehouse facilities at:

Question:
Do you have a date, like other companies, late in the season when we can't buy wholesale?
Answer:
Our warehouse has merchandise available every day. Some days you may have to wait but we will have product available all season and not just reserved for our retail locations.
Question:
Our organization wants to raise money for our cause. Is selling fireworks a good fund raiser?
Answer:
Many organizations, like cheerleaders, Ball teams, Civic groups, etc. use fireworks as a fund-raiser, and many teachers or individuals raise money to go to college or as a supplementary summer income.
